		<description>Sorry, I know it&#039;s not CannyBill - but does this mean that to &#039;test&#039; a VPS.net new account sign-up, me as the new user would have to actually pay for a new VPS.net node? I already have a VPS.net account, but to be able to test &amp; integrate CannyBill&#039;s integration, I&#039;d like to be able to follow the whole process through (without incurring lot&#039;s of VPS.net charges!).</description>

		<description>With regards to CannyBill you can use our free plan but you would need a live VPS.NET account to test this as you need their API key which you get when you signup with them.
